How long until I get paid?
Once a sale is confirmed delivered by both parties, funds are released from escrow immediately. You’ll see the payout in your Stripe balance within 1–2 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
What happens if a buyer disputes?
If a dispute arises, our Fraud Prevention team investigates immediately. Funds remain in escrow until resolution (usually within 7–10 days). We’ll mediate between you and the buyer, and you’ll be kept informed at every step.
Can I list internationally?
Currently we support listings in the U.S. and Canada. International listings are on our roadmap—sign up for updates or contact sales if you have specific country needs.
How do I upload compliance docs?
During “Create Your Profile,” you’ll see an “Upload Documents” section. Click “Add Document,” choose the file (PDF/JPG), and hit “Upload.” You can view and replace any document in your Dashboard under “Compliance.”
Are there listing or subscription fees?
No listing fees or hidden charges—just the platform commission. You can choose between the Free Basic plan (7% per sale) or the Growth Plan ($49/mo + 5% per sale). Rescue organizations pay 3% per adoption with optional add-ons.
